SOCCERMGT.APP — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using SoccerMgt.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
SoccerMgt.app provides a white-label sports league management platform ("Platform") that subscribers can use to manage their sports leagues, teams, players, matches, standings, and related activities.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT
(a) Plans: SoccerMgt.app offers Annual ($999/year), Lifetime ($1,999 one-time), and Enterprise plans.
(b) Trial: A 7-day free trial is available. No charge until after the trial period unless you cancel.
(c) Auto-renewal: Annual plans auto-renew on the anniversary date unless cancelled.
(d) Refunds: Available within 30 days of the first billing charge. No refunds after 30 days.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) upload malicious code or conduct attacks; (d) misrepresent affiliation with any person or organization.

6. DATA OWNERSHIP
All data you upload to the Platform (team names, player records, match data) remains your property. SoccerMgt.app holds a limited license to host and serve this data for the operation of your platform.

7. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCCERMGT.APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
